By default, IT installed the printer drivers for your computer. You only select appropriate MFP for printing.
Windows Platform :
RICOH_IMX_Black_Deplex
- will be marked as default printer
- automatically convert color print jobs to grayscale
- automatically convert simplex (single sided) jobs to duplex (double sided)
RICOH_IMX_Black_ByPass
- automatically convert color print jobs to grayscale
- paper input tray will be set to Bypass as default. You still can change to print with other trays before submitting the print job.
RICOH_IMX_COLOR
- allow printing to grayscale or color
- allow printing as simple (single sided) or duplex (double sided)
FujiXerox
- allow printing to grayscale or color
- allow printing as simple (single sided) or duplex (double sided)

You can map the following print queues on your machine.
